Are pets allowed?

Yes.  If you need fencing use an invisible fence.

Can floor plans be altered?

No. It is too time consuming for our construction process to customize each unit.

Where does the property line end at the back of the units?

The rear yard has a useable area of approximately 18’+/- behind the unit. There is a non disturbance area beyond that. For specifics, ask one of our sales representatives for a copy of our site grading plan.

How and when will the condo be registered?

The application for registration is made as soon as possible by the developer. The actual registration inspection and date are determined by HRM. The registration will be in 3 phases. Each block will be added as it is completed.

Are fences allowed?

No.  All common elements modifications must be approved by the condo association.

What does each unit get for parking? Is the additional parking space for each unit assigned and numbered or deeded to the unit?

In addition to their driveway and garage, parking spots are not deeded, but deemed to be a common element and managed by the condo association. Each unit is assigned a numbered spot on Burnaby Lane.

Can we add a propane fireplace?

It depends on the phase of construction.

Can we choose flooring, cabinetry, light fixtures and paint colours?

It depends on the phase of construction.

How much are the Condo fees?

They are estimated at $250.  When the condo association is formed they will manage all expenses, revenue and condo fees.

What do the Condo fees cover?

Exterior maintenance, landscaping/lawn care, snow removal up to the front step, water, garbage removal, insurance on the common areas.

What are the plans for the left side of the lane? How often/what maintenance is planned?

it will be landscaped by the Developer.  The property landscaping and all exterior items will be managed and maintained by the condo corporation.

Will the road join the other street or remain a dead end?

The development plans have allowed for parkland adjacent to the end of Burnaby   Lane.
